Dunkeswell Aerodrome (EGTU), operated by Air Westward Ltd, is the highest licensed aerodrome in the UK, situated on the Blackdown Hills in Devon at 839 feet above sea level. Originally established as an American Naval base during WW2, it now serves as a busy general aviation hub for South West England. The aerodrome hosts a range of aviation activities including parachuting, Spitfire experience flights, and welcomes visiting pilots year-round.
