Whizzard Helicopters, established in 2002, is a CAA Approved Training Organisation based at Mid Wales Airport in Welshpool, offering helicopter pleasure flights, charter hire, and pilot training across Wales and the Welsh borders. They provide training from trial lessons through to Private Pilots Licences, Type Ratings, and Commercial Pilots Licences, operating from Welshpool and Hawarden, Chester. Additional services include aerial filming and photography, special event hire, and sightseeing flights over Snowdonia and Shropshire.
